Lick the Vegan Stuff
Private parties for 20–70 people (or more — just let us know, we're open to bigger parties too, we don't discriminate!). Slide to your guest count, tell us cups or cones, toppings, coffee, bakes, and a cake if you want them, and watch your subtotal build. Every price here is an estimate before sales tax — tax is calculated on your final invoice.
One 4 oz serving per person — cup or cone, same price. Pick your flavors after you book; we rotate signature flavors and always have a chocolate-chip favorite in the mix.
For estimate purposes only — your final number is set after we talk. Tip: estimate high. Expecting about 14? Slide to 20 — we can always adjust down later.
Staffing: 31 or more guests need a second staff member, so the trailer base is $310 (the $250 base + $60 for the extra staff member) for 2 hours of serving.
You're in charge here, so call it now: tell us how you want to be served and that's exactly what we bring. No deciding at the window, no double inventory — pick your pleasure ahead of time and we'll submit to the plan.
No toppings bar — instead, toppings come individually served and handed out, ready for guests to add themselves. Sold in packs of 10 servings, so order for as many of your guests as you like.
Individually served sprinkles, handed out per guest. $2.50 per pack of 10 servings.
Individually served sprinkles, handed out per guest. $2.50 per pack of 10 servings.
Individually served in little 2 oz cups, handed out per guest. $5 per pack of 10 servings.
Grab-and-go service — we're serving only, with setup & breakdown included. Everything is vegan & gluten-free, always, no exceptions.
From Big Mouth Coffee — our favorite coffee in all of Beacon. We tasted our way around town to find the best, and this is it. Boxes of Joe in 8 oz cups, cream, sugar & fixings included.
Each box pours twelve 8 oz cups, so coffee comes in steps of 12 cups — one whole Box of Joe at a time, $55 a box.
We don't mean that way — add baked goods or cake to your party too. Cookies and bars are sold by the dozen, assorted bakery trays serve 12, and cakes are whole. Add as many as you like — they don't have to match your guest count. Fair warning: you'll want to take some home, they're that good.
12 vegan, gluten-free cookies — fan favorites like chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chunk, and espresso cookies. And size matters here: these cookies are huge. Flavors decided together after booking.
12 bars — raspberry brownies, raspberry hazelnut bars, and rotating favorites. Vegan & gluten-free, like everything we make — and you'll want to take some home, they're that good.
Serves 12 — an assortment of large muffins and mini Bundt cakes that aren't that small (that's what she said). Vegan & gluten-free, like everything we make.
One 10-inch vegan, gluten-free cake — serves 20–24 people, or more depending on how you slice it. Pick your flavor: Vanilla Birthday Cake, Chocolate Fudge Cake, Chocolate Cheesecake, Regular Cheesecake, Carrot Cake, Chocolate Cookies & Cream Cake, or Inside Out Pink Velvet Cake.
💍 Getting married? We also make wedding cakes — vegan & gluten-free, starting at $900. Email us and we'll build you a custom quote.
Bigger than 70? Let's talk. Weddings, film crews, festivals, office blowouts — if you're going to be larger than 70, we want to hear about it. Size matters, and we'll build you a custom quote — including more staff if your party needs it.
Email licktheveganstuff@gmail.com DM on InstagramEstimates only. Prices from this calculator are estimates before NY sales tax and are not a booking or a final price. Final pricing is determined at the time of contract signing, and no quote from this page includes any taxes or any permit fees that may be required for your event. Your final price will be confirmed in writing by email after we check your date, location, and availability, and the confirmed quote / final invoice will govern if it differs from this estimate.
No booking until confirmed. Emailing us from this page does not book the trailer. A booking exists only once we confirm it in writing. Any deposit, payment timing, extra hours, or travel beyond 10 miles that applies to your party will be set out in that written confirmation — nothing is charged on this page.
Applicable NY sales tax is not included in any price or subtotal shown here. It will be calculated on your final invoice based on the event location, and shown on that invoice as a separate line. We do not hard-code one rate into this calculator, because the rate follows where your event is held and parties within our service area can be in different tax jurisdictions. Under NY Tax Department guidance, catered and served food — and related event charges, even when listed separately — is generally taxable (see sources below), so please don't read the subtotal as tax-free.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please notify us.
Tell us in your inquiry email and we will confirm the ingredients and allergens for each flavor. All of our ice creams are made without milk, eggs, honey, gelatin, or any other animal-derived ingredient, and everything we serve is vegan & gluten-free. Vegan does not mean allergen-free — some flavors use nut, soy, or other allergen ingredients — so please ask us about ingredients and cross-contact if you have a severe allergy, and don't rely on the word “vegan” or “gluten-free” alone.
This page has no checkout, no account, and no payment form, and it collects nothing by itself. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and the event details you choose to send, and we use them only to reply and prepare your quote. We don't sell that information. Email licktheveganstuff@gmail.com if you'd like an old inquiry deleted.
Our mobile food permit and NY sales-tax Certificate of Authority are displayed on the trailer where customers can see them, as NY requires for the unit itself — there is no separate website-display rule for those documents, so we don't publish permit numbers or a home address here. If anything on this page is hard to use or read, email us at the address above and we'll help another way.
General information, not legal advice. Tax and disclosure points above follow NY Tax Department bulletins on caterers (TB-ST-110) and restaurants (TB-ST-806), NY Tax Department Publication 34 on separately stating tax, NY Public Health Law § 1356 allergy notice, and NY General Business Law §§ 349–350 on deceptive pricing. Tax classification for your exact event and any local rule should be confirmed when we finalize your quote.
